Cyclic voltammetry readout circuitry for DNA biosensor application

Cyclic voltammetry electrochemical biosensors reported a wide usage and applications for its fast response, able to be miniaturized sensitivity. However, the bulky, expensive laboratory-based readout circuitry made it impossible used in field-based environment. A portable DNA detection using hybridization technique had been design developed this work. It embedded with fabricated FR4 based sensor produced respective current when applied voltage was within range of 0 0.5 V. The verified five analysis environments. Bare Au distilled water (dH2O), bare ferricyanide reagent solution, immobilization, non-hybridization hybridization. All results performed peak cathodic input is V 3 hence proved that suitable implemented cyclic biosensor.
